Welcome to KURTOS BAKERY, where we bring the authentic taste of Hungarian tradition to the heart of Pavia. Our specialty, Kürtőskalács (also known as chimney cake), is a delicious pastry with centuries of history.

Each Kürtőskalács is handmade fresh daily, rolled on wooden spits and baked over an open fire until it achieves its characteristic golden, caramelized exterior. The result is a warm, crispy outside with a soft, fluffy inside that melts in your mouth.

We take pride in using traditional recipes and techniques while adding our own creative twists with various toppings including cinnamon-sugar, cocoa, coconut, and many more seasonal flavors.
